At Vumawear, we do everything possible to process your order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there are times when we are traveling and are out of the office. Please understand that we will process your order as soon as possible once we return. There are times that, due to high demand, we will sell out of an item. If this is the case, you will be notified via email. Charges for out of stock items will not appear on your bill. We do not charge for items until they are ready to be shipped.
6% MD State Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Maryland address.

Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Vumawear.com. If something is not right, please let us know. We will be happy to accept returns or exchanges of still tagged items in their original, unworn condition. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been worn, laundered, soiled, altered, or with garment tags unattached. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order's ship date.
Please email or call us @410-647-0662 for a return authorization number. Please put the return authorization number on your return/exchange package and send it to us at the below address. Don't forget to include your name and address.

Returns (excluding shipping charges) will be credited back your credit card. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed from the date that it is received by Vumawear. As a courtesy to our customers, Vumawear will not charge additional shipping charges on exchanges. Please feel free to add additional items to your exchange.
